SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Allow 5-7 days of processing before your item ships. This is a small independent business. I maintain all the stock and ship everything out myself, leading to longer processing times than you may be accustomed to.
USPS is my main shipping carrier within the United States. USPS provides tracking on certain types of packages but not others, for example, standard envelopes have less exact shipment tracking than bubble wrap packages. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have! Just keep in mind that once an item has been shipped, I no longer have control over timing.
Shipping to other countries should be available soon! If you are outside of the US and want to order before I have shipping options openly available, feel free to reach out.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Returns are only accepted on purchases over $50. This is at my discretion, and the buyer may be responsible for paying return shipping.
Free replacements are available for Zines, Prints, and Stickers that have manufacturing errors that I didn't catch or are damaged during transport. Other items may be replaceable on a case by case basis.
Refunds may be offered instead of replacements on items that are damaged during transport.
Refunds are available on orders that are cancelled before the items have shipped. After the shipping label has been printed I may no longer be able to offer a refund on shipping costs, and items that have been shipped will be subject to my return policy.

PRICING
Some items may be priced differently in this storefront than they have been in the past, or than they are on different sales platforms. There are a few reasons this may be the case.
1) Due to inflation and increased costs in general, I have decided to raise prices on this product. This is usually due to changes in material cost, making it more expensive for me to produce the product itself.
2) Shipping costs being built into product prices. Unlike other seller platforms, shipping is not individually calculated for each item based on location and weight. This may mean building certain shipping costs into the list price to avoid taking on those expenses myself. The goal here is for the overall total to be the same for the customer and for the profit to remain the same for me, even if the initial price appears higher.
3) I am placing more value on my work. This means I'm charging for some work that I previously made available for free. If you are experiencing financial hardship please feel free to reach out. I am still happy to send free copies of digital products to those who genuinely can't afford them.
